Compass Consultants was founded by Diane Rosen and Laurie Lyte. Together, we have more than 50 collective years as lawyers, as well as managerial experience across a variety of organizations. We created Compass Consultants because we saw an opportunity to combine corporate best practices with the latest in Applied Positive Psychology research.
